The animal symbol of the National Park of Abruzzi is the Tawny Bear Marsicano, these alive ones in the forests or in the praterie of high quota, it has a calm behavior and hermit and is mostly onnivoro.
Other characteristic animal of the Park is the Chamois of Abruzzi, present in approximately 700 esemplari.Lo can itself be found on the mount Goal, on mounts of the Camosciara, the Mainarde and the Marsicano.
During the naturalistic excursions, it is not rare to sight other present animals in the Park which, red deers, lupi, vixens, scoiattoli and various varieties of birds.
